Infections and parasites

Bacteria, viruses or parasites can cause infections. Fever is often a symptom of infection.

Infections that affect children are:

bronchitis
chickenpox
head lice
measles
meningitis
scarlet fever
urinary tract infections
whooping cough
worms.
