What can Adrenal test – DHEAS tell you

Measures your DHEAS levels in the body.
Gives you the picture of your DHEAS value – which reflects the activity of the adrenal cortex in the formation of sex hormones.
Detects possible adrenal cortex failure that affects your estrogen and testosterone levels and can lead to fatigue and weight loss, among other things.

What is tested in this package

What is DHEAS
DHEAS is a precursor to the steroid hormone DHEA, which in turn is a precursor to several of our sex hormones. The production takes place in the adrenal glands and this is controlled, among other things. from the pituitary gland, a small gland on the underside of the brain. DHEAs increase our endorphin levels, strengthen our immune system and are often called the vitality or youth hormone. The levels of DHEAs are at their highest at the age of 25 and at the age of 70 only around 20 percent of this level remains.
